Katie Bower, Student
Katie Bower is a University of North Texas student intern completing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s degree with a specialization in the neurodivergent population, including those with Autistic identities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, social issues and other neurological differences.
Her work focuses on helping clients realize their strengths and develop life skills that promote independent living and increased self-esteem. She believes in taking a collaborative approach with my clients as they are the experts in their own experiences. She's passionate about helping clients see how their neurodivergence can be used to strengthen their power and creativity in everyday life.
Her training equips her to work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and groups.
