Nichole Lecznar, LPC-S
Nichole Lecznar is a licensed professional counselor supervisor specializing in individual and group-based interventions for children, adolescents, and adults. Her primary areas of specialty include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals with autism, anxiety, adhd, and selective mutism, and Parent Training or Consultation for a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties. Her training has provided the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in many different settings, including schools, non-profits, outpatient psychological clinics, and ABA clinics.
Nichole received her Master of Science in Counseling and School Counseling from Southern Methodist University, where she worked with children, adolescents, siblings, parents, and families. She completed her internship with Family Tree Counseling, Non-Pareil Institute, through Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and with Dr. Kandalaft when she first launched Spectra Therapies. Nichole is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals of all ages and takes a more proactive, direct approach. She aims to provide a safe, trusting, comfortable environment where the individual and counselor work together to achieve goals and improve overall quality of life.
