As part of the Spectra Therapies + Evaluations team, I work closely with my colleagues and supervisor to provide individual and group therapies for all ages. I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and have completed my Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University.
Providing a safe environment for individuals and groups to learn, share, and grow has always been my professional passion and aspiration. My previous experience in providing in-home ABA therapy, with the goal of increasing client social skills using play-based and behavioral approaches, has provided a foundation of skills that helps a wide range of clientele. Additionally, previously leading multi-week wilderness expeditions with at-risk teenagers, in a behavioral change program aimed at increasing interpersonal and relational skills, has developed my ability to manage various presenting issues. Currently, my focus is working with children, adolescents, and families with challenges that are impacting their day to day lives. I also enjoy facilitating Spectra Therapies groups, such as social skills, LGBTQ, and anime groups.
Working with children and families, I strive to create a space that balances comfort with opportunities for growth. Together we will work to identify and achieve goals towards positive growth.
