I’m a University of North Texas student intern completing my Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s degree with a specialization in the neurodivergent population, including those with Autistic identities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, social issues and other neurological differences. My work focuses on helping clients realize their strengths and develop life skills that promote independent living and increased self-esteem. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients as they are the experts in their own experiences. I’m passionate about helping clients see how their neurodivergence can be used to strengthen their power and creativity in everyday life. My training equips me to work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and groups.
