Required Qualifications: Eligible candidates must be enrolled in a Masters level counseling program. Must have background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with children and/or adults with autism, Asperger’s, and ADHD.

The Administrative Assistant will help provide quality client care efficiently and cost effectively by assisting the leadership team and caregivers in their specialized areas. We are looking for an individual that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet clients, answer phone calls, schedule clients, and other administrative tasks.
Resolving routine inquiries
Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments
Accepting payment, generating receipts and other documents
Sending out billing for outstanding payments
Credentialing and monitoring of therapists’ credentials
Managing multiple projects for the team
Providing administrative support by producing monthly newsletters, documents, reports, and record keeping
Helping with payroll, purchases, website, advertising and marketing
Updating and managing clinic databases under HIPAA regulations (will train on HIPAA requirements if necessary)
Assisting with test scoring (will train)
Completing these duties provides the Administrative Assistant the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of many on a daily basis as they interact with families and providers.
Entry Rate: $13.00
Benefits Eligible: No
Shift Details: Part-time position, working 20-30 hours per week. Some flexibility in schedule. Preference is: two days from 9am-3pm and two days from 12pm-6pm. Shifts may vary to ensure coverage during office hours.
Skills and Requirements:
Proficient in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Gmail. Examples include complex formatting, mail merge, formulas, creating charts and graphs, data manipulation, creating and running reports, creating presentations, and using multimedia content.
Experience in an office setting or working in a clerical position with customer service, keyboarding, and data entry responsibilities.
Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including being proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other English language skills.
Demonstrated basic math skills.
Preferred experience with GoDaddy or other website builders.
Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.
Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, including manipulating paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
See and read computer monitors and documents.
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in time sensitive situations, manage multiple priorities effectively, and to make prompt, responsible decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to work effectively under stress, pressure, and changing demands
Ability to identify necessary changes and make improvements
Previous experience managing projects
