Emily Armstrong, PhD, is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in the psychological assessment of children from toddlerhood through adolescence. She earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, completed her internship with the Lewisville Independent School District, and a postdoctoral fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center’s TRIAD: The Autism Institute.
Dr. Armstrong has extensive experience in both school and clinical settings, with a particular focus on early childhood, school-age children, and adolescents. She is passionate about collaborating with families and schools to provide clear, practical recommendations that support children’s growth and learning. Her research interests include innovative approaches to autism assessment in young children, including tele-assessment.
She is excited to partner with children and their families to better understand each child’s unique strengths and needs and to help them move forward with clarity and confidence.x. Emily Armstrong
